If analytics is enabled, we collect anonymised usage data via Google Analytics 4.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis

Form data is processed to reply to your request (pre-contractual measures, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Analytics data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the site (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Retention

Requests received through the contact form are kept for a maximum of 2 years, then deleted.

You can request deletion at any time by writing to [email protected].

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or transfer your data. You can also object to the processing or request restriction.

To exercise these rights write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

6. Third Parties

We use Resend to send email notifications of contact requests. Data is not shared with other third parties.
